Dual Filtration and Powerful Performance

Dual-drive motors and active brushes remove debris effectively, while dual filter canisters capture both large and fine particles with 150μ and 60μ filtration. The 4-litre combined capacity allows longer, more efficient cleaning cycles.

Tap and Lift Convenience

When the cycle ends, simply tap the button and the FR1000 iQ automatically surfaces and waits at the pool edge for easy removal. This smart handling feature saves time and effort.

Smart Wi-Fi App Control

Connect to the iAquaLink™ app to start, stop, or schedule cleaning sessions remotely. The app also gives access to additional cleaning programs, real-time progress, battery levels, and cycle history for full control and convenience.

Powered by a 9.6Ah high-capacity lithium-ion battery, the FR1000 iQ provides up to 2.5 hours of continuous cleaning and recharges in under 5 hours. How to Use the FreeRider™ FR1000 iQ

  1. Charge the unit fully on the charging base.
  2. Place it into your pool.
  3. Start a cleaning cycle manually or via the iAquaLink™ app.
  4. After 2.5 hours, tap to lift and wait for it to resurface (pole not included).
  5. Remove and empty the filters through the top.

Onsite Testing

Price: $36-$41 (plus any additional chemicals) for the Tauranga area. An additional mileage charge may apply for locations outside Tauranga.

Shop Water Testing (Free of Charge) You can also bring a water sample to our shop for testing free of charge providing you are getting your chemicals from us.

Our onsite testing service includes:

  • Testing and balancing your pool water.
  • Clearing skimmer and pump baskets.
  • Backwashing the filter.
  • Checking over the entire pool system.

We’ll leave a detailed pool service report on-site, showing the water test results and any recommendations we have for keeping your pool in top condition. You can choose to use your own chemicals, or we can provide high-quality products to get the job done.

Shop Water Testing Guidelines

If you prefer to bring a water sample to our shop for testing, please make sure to:

  • Use a clean container (not metal) to collect the sample.
  • Take the sample from at least 400mm below the water surface to ensure an accurate representation of your pool's water quality.
