Pool Floc
Directions
Pool Floc is a concentrate liquid that quickly clears the greenest of pools.
Step 1:
Ensure the PH is 7.6 – 8 at time of application.
Step 2:
Shock dose pool with Chlorine.
Step 3:
Dilute Pool Floc in a bucket of water and distribute evenly over the pool surface. Turn multi port valve of filter to recirculate and run the system for 3 – 4 hours. After this turn off the pump and allow the pool to settle overnight.
Step 4:
Floc creates a gel like substance in the water that causes suspended particles to clump together and sink to the bottom of the pool. Turn pump to waste and once the particles have settled they can be vacuumed to waste from the pool.
Step 5:
Backwash to clean the filter.
ADDING CHEMICALS
PLEASE DO NOT MIX DIFFERENT CHEMICALS TOGETHER AND RINSE MIXING CONTAINERS BETWEEN APPLICATIONS.
PH BUFFER (Sodium Bicarbonate): Ideally mix no more than 2kg at a time in a bucket of warm water. Allow 24 hours between extra doses if required. Do not swim for at least 1 hour after treatment.
PH INCREASE (Soda Ash): Ideally mix no more than 2kg at a time in a bucket of water. Allow 24 hours between extra doses if required. Do not swim for at least 1 hour after treatment.
PH DECREASE GRANULES (Sodium Bisulphate): Ideally mix no more than 2kg at a time in a bucket of water. Allow 24 hours between extra doses if required. Do not swim for at least 1 hour after treatment.
CHLORINE STABILISER (Cyanuric Acid): Sprinkle directly into the pool 1/2kg at a time and allow 24 hours between extra doses if required. Do not swim for at least 1 hour after treatment.
WATER HARDNER (Calcium Chloride): Add to your leaf rake 2kg at a time, and swish through water to dissolve the product. Extra doses can be completed straight away. It is safe to swim immediately.
POOL TABS (Trichloroisocyanuric Acid): Can be placed into an in-line feeder, floating dispenser or skimmer basket. Pool tabs are slow release chemicals so you can swim straight away.
POOL CHLORINE – Granules (Calcium Hypochlorite): Should be added to a bucket of warm water and allowed to dissolve before adding to pool water. Do not swim for at least 1 hour after treatment.
SPA CHLORINE (Sodium Dichloroisocyanurate Acid): Required dose can be sprinkled directly into pool water. Do not swim for at least 1 hour after treatment.
